One-on-one Mentorship and Coaching
You’ll get the fresh perspective you need to supercharge your teams. I’ll help you utilize your senior and staff engineers to drive alignment within your org, think through your organization’s current challenges (like architectural changes or communication issues) and coach you through to success.
We’ll meet whenever you need a gut check, advice, or an outside perspective from an experienced engineering leader in 45-minute video calls. I’m also happy to help you brainstorm and edit documentation, comms plans, career ladders, and more.

In a pinch? Bring me in to help your team tackle your organization’s short term engineering hurdles.
No matter the project, I’ll coach your engineers to help them get unblocked, gain inertia, partner with stakeholders, and build leadership skills to tackle future challenges. You’ll also get expert help, feedback and gut-checks on your communication plans and engineering practices.
